International delivery is usually within 3 weeks.

We will accept return of goods for a full refund/credit note within 28 days from the date received, providing they are in their original condition, less any printing costs incurred by the Supplier.

Please contact the Supplier using the 'Ask us a question' button above to confirm the amount of any printing costs.

This returns period is extended to 56 days from the date of purchase if the item is bought as part of a ruby+diva gift list.

Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.

When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
