Walnut backgammon board with hand painted peacock feathers and hand lacquered surface.
Inside – Walnut backgammon board with a turquoise background and hand painted feathers, 15 layers of hand-applied lacquer. Compartments are lined in black leather.
Outside – Walnut with gold plated hinges and gold plated sliding fastenings.
Playing pieces are weighted, then veneered in walnut and a natural laurel burr, and then lacquered (46mm x 11mm); doubling die is laurel burr (46mm x 46mm); dice cups are walnut and lined in black leather with inside lips to ensure fair and random rolls of the precision laser cut dice.

All of our backgammon boards are made from a love of materials and design. Created from wood to replicate the sound and feel of the original Middle Eastern games. Alexandra harmonises perfect geometry for play with visually stunning, hand crafted and painted pieces that interpret another phase of Backgammon's vast tradition.

We will accept return of goods for a full refund/credit note within 28 days from the date received, providing they are in their original condition. Due to the value of this item, we will strictly enforce this requirement and our decision will be final.
This returns period is extended to 56 days from the date of purchase if the item is bought as part of a ruby+diva gift list.
Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.
When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
