We are unable to offer returns for personalised items, unless faulty.

We will accept return of non-personalised goods for a full refund/credit note within 28 days from the date received, providing they are in their original condition.

Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.

When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
