Most items are made to order and so please allow up to 2 weeks for us to make your items, then a few days more for the delivery depending on where you are in the world.

Postage times are around 2 days to the UK, 5 days to Europe and 7 days anywhere else.

If you need your item quicker than this please mention this in the 'Comments' box at the check-out and we will rush it through as quickly as possible!

If you are buying from overseas please allow extra time for Airmail and any possible delays with customs (outside of Europe).

We will accept return of goods for a full refund/credit note within 28 days from the date received, providing they are in their original condition.

Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.

When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
