How to order:

  • When you place your order you will receive an email confirmation from Com Bossa.
  • Simply reply to this email with your personalised text.
  • Within 2 business days you will receive your proofs via email which we would ask you to check thoroughly.
  • If you have asked for any changes to be made these will be made and a new set of proofs will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
  • On receipt of your final approval your order will be sent to our print partners and you will receive your stationery within 7-10 business days.
  • Delivery times for International orders will vary according to location and postal or courier service schedules.
  • Delivery to Mainland UK: FREE
  • International Delivery: the delivery charge depends on your location so please contact us here for a quote.

We are unable to accept returns of personalised items, unless faulty.

Digital proofs will be supplied to ensure your items are exactly as you requested. Only when you have approved your proofs will your items be committed to print.
