UK Standard Delivery - £3.50 per single item.

Delivery for additional items is £0.50 per item. 10 or more items are delivered free of charge. Standard Delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail's Recorded service which will need to be signed for upon delivery.

European & International Delivery - £6.50 per single item.

Delivery for additional items is £0.50 per item. 10 or more items are delivered free of charge. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for upon delivery.

Delivery Address - Please note we do not deliver to PO addresses

We will accept return of goods for a full refund/credit note within 28 days from the date received, providing they are in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if any sales tags have been removed.

Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.

When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
