We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery so you will have to sign for your parcel. Please email us using the 'Ask us a question' button if you would like it posted any other way.

We will accept return of goods for a full refund/credit note within 28 days from the date received, providing they are in their original condition.Items will not be refunded if any sales tag has been removed.
Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.
When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
