Delivery

Delivery is free.

It takes 3-4 working days once the item has been despatched. A signature is required on delivery. All La Lilouche collection items come packed in a stylish gold tissue paper & satin ribbon bow!

Customs

Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any local customs & import duties in your own country that may be charged when your parcel arrives at the local customs. We have, however already deducted VAT (currently at 16%) for all non Israeli purchases.

We will accept return of goods for a full refund/credit note within 28 days from the date received, providing they are in their original condition.

Items will not be refunded if any sales tag or seal has been removed.

Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.

When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

When returning goods please mark as RETURNED GOODS on the package to avoid delays at Customs.
