Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.

When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Delivery:

Our bridal range is made to order and will take between 2-8 weeks depending on the waiting list at the time of ordering.

We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery so you will have to sign for your parcel. Please email us using the 'Ask us a question' button if you would like it posted any other way.

Your underwear will arrive beautifully packed in it’s own box and bag. Our packaging is recycled, printed locally and all sourced from UK companies

Please specify if you would like a special vintage Turkish Delight tin from our factory (for knickers only).

£6 for all UK deliveries

£12 for the rest of the world (please allow 2 weeks for delivery).
