Feel free to message me if you would like a similar piece created in a different colour. I dye all my own feathers by hand so no shade should be a problem.

I will post ready to ship items within 24 hours of payment clearing, except for weekends, when I will post on a Monday morning.
For made to order items, I will message you right away with the expected making and shipping times.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for creation but, if you need your piece in a hurry, let me know and I'll do everything I can.
Care of feathers
I take the utmost care with every one of my pieces, and I want them to arrive in perfect condition for you.
Sometimes, because of the nature of feathers, they can get a little 'ruffled' in transit. Fear not! Gently 'preen' the feathers in an upwards stroking motion between your thumb and finger towards the tip and this will smooth the barbs back together.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, I will refund or exchange your item for any reason within 28 days of your purchase - just get in touch and we'll work out the best way to fix any problems!
If you are sending back an item, I ask simply that it gets back to me in the state it arrived with you. I take great care with packaging each delicate piece, I ask that you do too. Please make sure any return is unworn (apart from trying on, of course!) free from damage, smoke, make-up etc.
If your piece arrives damaged, please send me a picture of how it arrived with you. I can send replacements when I receive and review the pictures.
