Massage Yoga House or MY House as we like to call it was set up by Clare (Yogi) and Olivia (Massage Therapist). 

MY House offers a unique friendly experience where yoga and massage are combined to create and instil a fresh approach to deeply relax the mind and body.

It is the first of its kind and our bespoke specialist service will tease out all those stresses and strains of daily life that may have built up over long or short periods of time to recreate a founding within you from which to flourish and grow.

We can offer all this in the comfort of your own home or chosen location. We can also tailor-make a package to suit your desires.

Bring the retreat experience home for a day and enjoy some pampering with your girls, or escape to your favourite get-away destination for a long-weekend with My Retreat, or let us help you decide! We have lots of fabulous ideas to suit all budgets.

In all our Holistic Hen Retreats we will spoil you rotten with fun and creative yoga classes suited to absolute beginners and experienced yogi's, and a gorgeous relaxing massage, followed by champagne, smoothies and raw chocolates.

At home we can add even more to your pampering experience by including a makeup artist offering advice and makeover’s whilst you sip your champagne.

For a get-away destination, depending on where it is, we make sure there are lots of extra fun activities either at the retreat or very close by or you may decide to keep it very relaxed.

We offer packages for 2-10 people at home or up to 20 people at a retreat.
