The cocktail hat is secured with hat elastic so will fit any sized head, and can be worn on either side.

We will accept return of non-customised goods for a full refund/credit note within 28 days from the date received, providing they are in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if any sales tags have been removed.
If the item has been customised to your specifications, we will be unable to accept a return unless the item is faulty.
Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately by ruby+diva.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.
When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
