ruby+diva is the UK’s 1st design-led wedding marketplace bringing inspirational products and creative services from around the world into one place to help you plan your unique wedding.

Using our site is easy peasy.

If you have specific products and services in mind, just use our little search box. Alternatively, you can simply browse through the categories featuring all the different products and services to your heart’s content.

When you see things like you like click on ‘Save to Wish list’ so you can create your very own inspiration board!

Wedding Services

Planning a wedding can be a little overwhelming. You want to make the right decisions but where to start?

We have cherry-picked the best and most original wedding service providers in the UK to be ruby+diva Members so you can be confident you have a range of exceptional wedding professionals to choose from, right at your fingertips.

Please browse the categories, view each service provider’s website and then, if you want to find out more, simply email them directly from our site using the ‘Ask us a question’ button.

Wedding Products

Shopping for products on ruby+diva couldn’t be simpler. Once you’ve chosen your items, simply add them to your shopping basket and pay in one simple checkout….regardless of how many different Members you are buying products from.

We will send your order directly to each member and they will email you with confirmation of your order and delivery details on the same business day or, if you’ve ordered after 4pm, before 10.30am on the following business day.

Payment

We use Paypal so we accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Customers do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal and can just use their credit or debit card in the usual way. Our online payment processing is completely secure and endorsed with VeriSign and McAfee certificates.

Delivery and Returns

We have set out the basics below but please refer to our Customer Terms & Conditions andCustomer Services Standards for full details of our delivery and returns policies.

Delivery

Once an order is made, the item will be dispatched directly by the Member. Delivery charges and times will vary because of the different products we have on ruby+diva though they will always be fair and reasonable. Please check the product listing for each Member’s delivery charges and times.

Returns

If you would like to return an item please contact us at hello@rubyanddiva.com and we will advise you what to do next.

Each ruby+diva Member will refund or exchange any standard item, for any reason, within 28 days of receipt. Products purchased from a wedding list may be returned or exchanged within 56 days (8 weeks) from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately this does not apply to personalised items, perishable goods including food and flowers, audio and video recordings or software (unless seal is intact), newspapers, maps, magazines and personal items which are strictly non-refundable, unless they are faulty.

Please check the Member’s returns policy before ordering an item as some may require a security tag to be returned still attached to the item or the return will not be accepted.

If you are not happy with an item, please contact the Member directly in the first instance by email to arrange the return or exchange.

All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to the Member at the address on your correspondence. Please obtain proof of posting.

Once the Member has approved a return and notified ruby+diva, we will process the refund, where possible, on the same business day.

Where is my order?

If you would like to ask a question about any of the products or services on our site, please go to the relevant page and email the Member directly by clicking on the ‘Ask me a question’ button. Our Member will get back to you within 24 hours.

If you have already emailed a Member and haven’t had a reply within this time, please contact our customer service team on hello@rubyanddiva.com quoting your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible and within 24 hours.

You can also view the status of any orders placed by using the top menu above the search box and clicking ‘my account’ to sign in, then clicking ‘my orders’.
